WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE

As you all may know, ACI has just launched our Teen Room Line (queue the confetti!). We thought, what would be a better way to show the versatility of each piece than with a jungle-inspired, boy + girl shared space?

As a mother of three, the client wished to create a space that the two little ones could grow into and love. We thought it would be perfect to design a room that was playful, and something that both a girly-girl and adventurous boy could enjoy together.

To make it much more sentimental, we brought in our in-house mural artists to bring a personal touch to the overall space, as she painted intricate, tropical imagery full of palm trees and wildlife that surrounds the room. Talk more about the bunk bed being neutral —-> Choosing earthy and neutral tones and rattan furnishings, it gave us a more room to play with adding colors in the bedding to form a cohesive space that reflected the client and her beautiful family.

Function was a main factor in creating this space. We thought the tall bed frames that overlook the room were a huge success, allowing for the two children to have their own personal space within the shared bedroom to enjoy with pops of deep emerald green and turmeric hues to really give it that jungle vibe we were looking for!
