We enjoy collaborating with clients ready to create design magic, catering to both residential and commercial projects by tailoring each design to create a space that's both formative and functional.
Our Process
Over the years, we have grown into our signature services and have become more intentional with new projects we take on. At this time, we are aligned with the following scope:
We request a retainer of $4,500 as the initial commitment to ACI as your design team. This is equal to 30 hours of design services at $150 per hour. This is held as a credit towards the first 30 hours of design time spent. Once these funds are exhausted, we will continue to log hours and bill you at our hourly rate of $150.
Our team will provide the concept of your residential or commercial space. This includes selecting all finishes, paint colors, countertops, and complete design of both kitchen and bath.
Within Arkansas, we work with our trusted network of general contractors to ensure our designs are being completed with quality and professional experience.
For projects out of state, we ask that you provide your preferred contractor. For all renovations, we can be hired at our hourly rate to assist with questions and comments related to our design.
