Our video consultation is the first step in understanding the guidance you need to get started on the home styling goals you are looking to achieve. After the first initial step, our principal designer will work directly with you to initiate the design process.

Whether you’re just scratching the surface of your design goals, or need a bit more guidance on creating the perfect space, this is a collaborative appointment to accomplish a specific project.

After booking and payment, this service begins with an online questionnaire that will be emailed to you. Whether it’s furniture shopping, making selections, revamping a room in your home, or a combination of all three, will be decided once the goals you have for the session can be discussed!

From initial style assessment, to drapery and color selection. We work with you hands-on to create the mast bedroom that reflects you and your style goals. Through a detailed design phase of developing your overall theme, mood board creating and sketches, we set the tone to design a room that fits your overall aesthetic.

Design Phase Services:

• Includes detailed style & functional needs assessment, measurements, mood board, floor plan/layout, drapery elevation sketches, initial recommended product/color selections, budget preparation, client presentation (up to 2 hours)

• One round of revisions (if needed), final presentation (if needed, up to 1.5 hours), project binder creation.

• Any construction needs or estimates beyond lighting or floor replacement or paint color changes are not included in this design fee.

Large amounts of builtins / bookcases needing accessories may incur additional fees for more sourcing time. Any construction needs or estimates beyond lighting or floor replacement or paint color changes are not included in this design fee. Depending on scope, fees for this may be added to this design fee or the full remodel fee would be in addition to the furnishing & decor design fee.

Once design and selections are finalized and orders are ready to be placed, the Design Phase Services are fulfilled. Implementation and/or Construction Phase is billed separately, in the method outlined in your design agreement.
